    Wellbeing: Are cast and crew thriving emotionally and mentally?

    A: Absolutely. We prioritise confidentiality above all else. Responses are completely anonymous, and neither they nor their IP addresses can be traced back to individuals, ensuring everyone feels safe to share honest feedback.

  • Q: WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE SURVEYS?

    A: Once the surveys are completed, we analyse the feedback using advanced methods like:

    Sentiment analysis: What’s the overall mood or tone of the team?

    Root cause identification: What are the underlying factors influencing results?
