Meet Our Founder
Talent Trust was founded by Elizabeth Peyton-Jones, driven by her need to foster meaningful change in workplaces and her deep understanding of the challenges many industries face.
Long before movements like #MeToo, Time’s Up, and Black Lives Matter highlighted these systemic issues, Elizabeth recognized the underlying struggles within creative industries—challenges that often went unspoken due to a culture of fear and silence.
Speaking up was not only stigmatised but often perceived as disloyal or a mark of failure, leaving many voices unheard.
With this insight, Elizabeth envisioned Talent Trust as a bridge between organizations and their people. Her idea was simple yet transformative: to provide companies with tools to identify and address workplace challenges before they escalate into larger issues.
At the core of this approach is a unique system of surveys, accessible through QR codes, designed to capture the nuanced behaviours and concerns that often go unnoticed. These surveys
go beyond compliance, offering actionable insights into diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), as well as the everyday stresses that can erode workplace morale.
